Today I'm breaking down a transformational technique that helps you shift your beliefs in minutes so you can stop trying to force motivation and finally take aligned action from a place of certainty.
I am talking about SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC). I'm gonna tell you how it works, why it works, and how you can use it to hit your next big income goal and career goal with ease.
Imagine if declaring a big goal actually felt doable the second you spoke it out loud. Imagine feeling that spark in your body that says, this is real and it's happening no matter what.
Most people don't fail because their goals are too big. They fail because they secretly don't believe they're possible in the first place.

Think about the last time you declared a really big goal. Maybe it was a new income milestone. Maybe it was raising your rates, or maybe it was finally showing up on camera and speaking with confidence. There was excitement in the moment, I'm sure, but once you tried to take action, something inside of you hesitated
And that tiny voice in your mind kicked in and started to say things like, " that's too big." "You're not ready yet." "Who do you think you are?"
And I know all too well that that voice isn't just annoying. It's powerful. It runs your thoughts, it runs your emotions. It hijacks your motivation and your decisions. And this is because the subconscious mind drives 95% of what we do. So you can shout affirmations all day long. You can chant mantras until your voice goes dry.
But if your subconscious isn't on board, your actions won't line up with your goals.
It's like slamming your foot on the gas while the parking brake is still on. You might move, but everything just feels harder and with more resistance.
This is where the magic of SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC) comes in. It isn't forcing confidence and it isn't repeating something until your brain gives up and lets you believe it. What SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC) actually is, is changing the way that your mind stores a belief at the subconscious level. Think of your mind like a holographic filing cabinet.
Every belief that you have is filed away with an image, a sound, a feeling, and a texture. The meaning isn't in the words, it's in how your brain has coded those words.

What is this transformational technique?
So what exactly is SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC)? SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC) is a transformational subconscious technique that shifts the structure of a belief so your mind can no longer hold onto it. Instead of trying to fight a limiting belief, you dissolve it by changing the way that your brain stores it. It takes a belief that doesn't support you, and it transforms it into one that empowers you, and without having to convince yourself that it's true.
Here's an example. You might not yet believe " I'm a powerful speaker" Or " it's easy for me to earn $250,000 through my business",
or maybe you don't yet believe that "people love to pay my $10,000 rate."
but you do believe things like the "sun rises every day." " Water is wet", and " my name is my name."
Those beliefs that feel absolutely true don't require any effort. You don't have to hype yourself up to remember them. They just sit in your mind effortlessly and rent free And SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC) helps you move your desired belief into that same effortless category.
This technique also works on beliefs that you wish you didn't have. Like " I'm not a good speaker." Maybe you truly, fundamentally believe that you're not a good speaker. You might also believe " people won't pay me my higher rates."
So what if you don't fully believe your goal yet?

Here's the problem. Most people think that they need to fully believe their goals before they can take action. They wait for the belief to catch up, but that's like waiting for an item that you haven't ordered to show up at your door. Belief doesn't come from waiting.
It comes from changing how your brain is processing that information.
A belief isn't logical. It carries sensations and emotions, and those sensations and emotions have been encoded in your mind.
When a belief feels really far away, your nervous system tightens, your brain goes into protection mode. You hesitate, you procrastinate, and you might even pick a smaller goal, even though that's not what you actually want. What's happening here is that your subconscious doesn't fully believe that new goal is true for you.
SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC) bypasses all of that.
How this tehnique works to make you believe in your goal within minutes
So how exactly does this technique work? When we do this technique, we take two beliefs.
We take the belief that you don't want anymore, and we take the belief that you desire to believe.
and then we look at how your mind has filed away each of those beliefs.
We explore several things. A few of them are what size is the image that you see, how brighter dim that image is, how close or far you see the image, if there are any sounds within the image you're picturing, and what emotions might be attached to it. These are called submodalities. There's specific ways that your brain codes information.
When we change the submodalities of a belief, we change how your brain experiences it, and once your brain experiences that belief differently, it shifts automatically. Not through forcing it, but through the perception of it. This is what subconscious rewiring is all about.
What the process feels like
So what does the process feel like? Well, you might expect a dramatic moment like the heavens are opening up and your brain is lighting up in neon green lights, and a big party is being thrown for you because you finally changed your belief. But it's usually a lot more subtle than that.
It feels more like this tiny internal switch that suddenly flipped off and you're left wondering why you ever even believe that old thought to begin with.
you'll try to remember how you used to feel about it. But your mind won't be able to hold it anymore. You'll search for the sensation of doubt and it just won't be there anymore.
That's exactly what happened. When I stopped believing that my income goals were too big,
I took the belief of that goal is too big right now.
And I compared it with a belief that I used to have when I was younger. When I was 21, I truly believed that I was 21.
I don't believe that anymore because at the time of this recording, I'm 37, so I use the submodalities of the belief that I no longer hold and apply them to that limiting belief.
Then I took a belief that I absolutely know to be true, like the sun comes up every day.
And I recoded the belief that I wanted to be true, which is earning $600,000 in my business is easy.
Using the same coding of the belief that I know to be true, And within minutes, the disbelief completely dissolved. And that wasn't because that I tried any harder. It was because my brain could no longer store it as something real.
And when that belief shifted, something huge happened. It was like all of the internal resistance that I was holding onto and was blocking my inspired action. It all just completely dissolved and disappeared. My nervous system relaxed. I felt my creativity open up. I felt energized to act on some of the inspired action I had.
Now my actions were matching the belief that I knew to be true. I became congruent with the belief that I now knew to be true.
How to use the technique to believe it's easy to earn $50,000 every month
Here's another practical example for you. Let's say you have a belief that you don't fully believe yet, but it's part of your big goal. Like "it's easy to earn $50,000 months."
If we did SINGLE BELIEF CHANGE (SBC), we'd find a belief that you absolutely believe without effort, as an example, "there are stars in the night sky."
Your brain never argues with that belief. It just accepts it. So we'll use the submodalities and apply them to your desired belief, and suddenly your big income goal doesn't feel like a stretch anymore. It just feels neutral. It almost feels familiar and safe, which frees your nervous system to act on it as if it's
already happened and that shift will ripple through your entire identity.
The ripple effect on your actions, habits and behaviors
When a belief changes, it doesn't only change the thoughts, it changes the meaning you give to your actions, the identity that you hold, as you move towards your goal, your emotional state, when you take action, the standards that you tolerate, the goals that you choose next.
You notice that your entire internal world adjusts to match this new truth. You don't just think differently. You become someone who naturally behaves differently. You become someone who takes aligned action because it just feels obvious to you.
That's the power of a single belief when you believe it to be completely and a hundred percent true.
You don't need motivation and you don't need hype, and you certainly don't need 10 years of mindset work. What you need is alignment between your subconscious and your goal, and once they match, your actions will follow effortlessly.
The key to achieving your goals faster
Big goals don't require more effort. They require congruence from your mind. And when your belief and your actions are aligned, the results follow faster. They feel safer and they feel normal.
