Episode 23: How to Manifest Anything The 9 Step Process I Used to Create Money, Love & Opportunity

Episode transcript:

I'm breaking down the exact process I've used to manifest every major upgrade in my life because I don't believe in gatekeeping life-changing information.

Invitation to work with me

Before we start. If you want support in rewiring the beliefs that are capping your income, your visibility, and your next level, you can apply to work with me using the link in the description.

The realization I had after manifesting my biggest desires

There's a pattern I've used to create everything I have asked for in my life, including. A few, like my first six figure salary, even though I wasn't qualified on paper for the role. My dream partner who proposed to me in Santorini, Greece with fireworks and everything overlooking the Agean Sea, he's now my husband.

And also my biggest supporter, and I also manifested my Dream South Beach apartment even when I couldn't technically afford it, but somehow the landlord felt that I would be a much better tenant than all of the other applicants and he brought down the price for me. And there's so much more that I can recount.

I teach this same repeatable process to my clients, and when they combine this process with the subconscious reprogramming, the neuroscience backed modalities and nervous system work, their results stop feeling random or like it was a one-time lucky break, and the results start feeling inevitable and intentional.

Manifestation doesn't happen just because you want something. It happens because your identity shifts faster than your circumstances.

Overcoming my traditional Latin worldviews and embracing manifestation

I grew up in a Latin household where scarcity and generational trauma didn't exactly welcome the concept of manifestation. Over time as I dove into personal development and got curious about what beliefs were shaping my reality. I began to realize and understand the mechanics of manifestation. I began to understand how I could change my circumstances, and I began to understand how I could influence my desired outcomes.

As I got curious about how certain miracles unfolded in my life, I noticed a pattern, and one day I decided to take audit of that pattern and create a repeatable process. If it worked this many times, I could certainly use it to create many more miracles in the future. Please note that this is the process that works for me, but you can take it and mold it to your specific way of manifesting.

Here's my intention. I want to share this so that I can help demystify manifestation for those who need a more practical and logical approach that they can grasp and get behind.

I'll walk you step by step so you can take this process and apply it to your life however it feels good to you.

How to Manifest: Step 1

The first step is deciding. Everything starts with a decision. A decision is a commitment, not a wish.

Before anything in your external world shifts, you have to decide from within decision is you telling your subconscious and the universe. I'm not trying, I'm claiming. Before I had so many of the blessings and manifestations I now have. I didn't know how it would happen. I just decided, I just held that decision, like the outcome was already done.

Decision calibrates you into certainty without necessarily needing all of the proof.

So this first moment is everything.

Most people never receive what they want because they never actually decide.

You see, they'll flirt with the idea, but they don't actually commit to it.

Once you decide something shifts inside of you, your mind starts to search for possibility of all the ways that the thing that you want can actually come to you, and that shift leads directly into the next step.

How to Manifest: Step 2

Step two is feel it first.

Once the decision is made, the body needs to feel where your mind is going.

Your body has to tap into what it would feel like to already have what you want.

Before I manifested the role that paid me my first six figures, I would imagine what it would feel like to wake up knowing that I had more than enough money in my bank account than I knew what to do with in that season of life. Because at that season, that would've been the biggest salary jump I've ever experienced.

I mentally rehearsed, how I would purchase lavish Christmas gifts for my loved ones with joy and gratitude coursing through my body. I'd picture feeling myself proud and excited for this big accomplishment and seeing my savings growing faster than I'd ever experienced ever before.

Feeling the feelings trains your mind and body to recognize that desire as familiar and achievable.

You see, the mistake that most people do is that they wait until something happens to let themselves feel proud, relieved, calm, excited, and that's backwards.

You have to feel it first. Then life will mirror it to you

Because if you pull back for a second, a major part of why you want what you want is because of the feeling that you think it will elicit within you. You don't have to wait until you have those things. You can feel those feelings right now.

Feeling it first makes your desire familiar, which is what leads to preparation. You don't prepare for things that feel impossible.

prepare for what you already believe is coming.

How to Manifest: Step 3

And this is where step three comes in preparing for your opportunity. This is where you clear space for what you decide is already yours.

This is where the external world starts moving with you. Preparation is action rooted in expectation, not desperation. there's a quote that I love so much and really captures the essence of this step- " luck is when preparation meets opportunity." I know that when I'm intentionally manifesting something, I ask myself, " what would I have done to be ready for this opportunity?"

Another favorite question of mine that I ask myself, and I also ask my clients to widen their perspective from a bird's eye view, is " if my manifestation or the opportunity I'm calling in, dropped in on my lap tomorrow, would I be ready for it?" I love this question because it reminds me of the power I already hold to make my dreams a reality, and it lets me get honest with myself about whatever work I need to be doing to get ready for it.

Often we want something, but we're not ready for it, whether from a skill perspective, mentally, energetically, or even in our physical environment.

Think about the things you're calling in for a second, perhaps a speaking opportunity. More clients, a viral post that reaches millions with your message. Would you be ready mentally and energetically? Do you have the resources and systems in place to sustain and scale once the opportunity actually unfolds for you?

What if it happens tomorrow? What would you be doing then?

Preparation signals readiness and readiness then exposes everything that stands in the way, which brings you to the part that most people try to skip.

How to Manifest: Step 4

Step four, we regulate and release.

As soon as you begin to prepare for the opportunities, old beliefs and fears will start to rise. Not because you're doing something wrong or your goal is not meant for you, but because your system is trying to keep you safe.

Your goal is new and completely outside of familiar territory

As soon as you begin to prepare for the opportunities. Old beliefs and fears will start to rise. It's inevitable, and it's not because you're doing something wrong, but because your system is trying to keep you safe. Your new big, bold beliefs are unfamiliar territory. Inherited beliefs from family will hijack your dreams.

Low self-worth convinces you that you're not the type of person who gets to have the things that you want. Bottled up emotions like guilt and shame and worry will start to create resistance and clog your path.

This is where reprogramming old beliefs, somatic work and inner child healing are key. You need to clear the outdated pattern so that your mind and body can support what you're calling in.

in this step you're beginning to get curious and you start to ask yourself, what beliefs would I hold as truth if I already had what I wanted? And what beliefs do I currently hold that don't support having this manifestation?

If you're calling in opportunities like having more wealth and visibility, then you can't hold a belief that also says people who are famous and wealthy are self-absorbed and greedy. Your subconscious mind will repel the desires that don't align with your existing beliefs, and that's why you feel resistance anytime you try to take action, because there's likely some internal conflict creating that resistance.

Releasing becomes the bridge that makes taking aligned action feel intuitive instead of forced. And when you're no longer fighting your blocks, you begin to hear the inner nudge that moves you forward.

How to Manifest: Step 5

And that brings us to step five, follow the nudge.

In this step, you move when intuition speaks, even when the logic mind wants to override it.

Following the nudge and taking aligned action requires self-trust and a clear connection with your inner voice.

For many years, I outsourced my decisions because my caregivers conditioned me to always ask for permission rather than follow my own inner guidance. So before I could make a decision, I would consult with several people, often people who had never done what I wanted to do, and that caused me to mistrust my own inner guidance.

It took some time to reestablish trust with myself, and sometimes I'm not perfect at it because I am human. But what I do know is that the times that I listen to the inner voice, when it tells me to take an aligned action, Even when it makes zero logical sense, I'm always led to where I'm supposed to be.

Following the inner guidance, that inner nudge, it creates momentum that logic often can't explain until after the results actually arrive. And Steve Jobs described this perfectly.

You can't connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backward", so you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.

And once you start moving, like someone who trusts herself, you naturally start becoming the version of you who already has what you're calling in.

How to Manifest: Step 6

And that brings us to the next step, step six. Embody the energy

embodiment is living from the space where it's already done.

You speak, make decisions, set boundaries, and move like someone who already has it When the manifestation arrives, it feels natural, like, of course this happened because that's just who I am.

You shed the layers of who you were to let your most magnetic self rise. The manifestation simply match who you already are.

At this point in the process, you're asking yourself questions like, how would I dress if I already had this? How would I be circulating my money if I already had this? How would I lead my day if I already had what I'm calling in? And how would I invest in myself and my growth if I were already living from a place where this was my reality?

When your identity stabilizes at this new level, the universe will test you. And it's not to take it away or prove that you can't have it, but to strengthen your belief in yourself and strengthen your self trust.

How to Manifest: Step 7

And that brings us to step seven. Hold the standard.

This is where you hold steady. Even when things look uncertain, you don't drop your standards at the first sign of discomfort. You are not gonna settle for less, just so that you can feel safe and you certainly don't negotiate and compromise for the fear of not having it all.

Holding the standard is an act of faith and self trust.

I was taught that asking for more made me ungrateful a brat and a burden. What life has shown me is that there is more than enough for everyone. Me desiring more doesn't take away from someone else. Me desiring more and receiving it allows me to be an example of possibility for others.

So if an opportunity comes your way that has you feeling like you're negotiating with yourself, that is an invitation to pause and recalibrate. What specifically do you want, and does this opportunity fully meet your values and your vision?

And when you hold your standard long enough, you become someone who can actually receive your big manifestation.

How to Manifest: Step 8

And that brings us to step eight. Receive.

Receiving isn't just getting the thing that you want, it's letting your nervous system experience safety in having it. You slow down, you let it land, you let your body feel the expansion rather than rushing into the next goal.

And that's how you keep what you want instead of sabotaging it.

This is where you celebrate, you boast, you breathe it in. You bring others along for the ride, and you acknowledge yourself.

Record what it feels like to receive. I teach my private clients how to create an anchor on their body to remember what it feels like to receive their manifestation at any time. And this is so helpful in continuing to keep the faith and feeding your subconscious mind the evidence that it's all possible for you.

Receiving fully is what turns intentional manifestation into your new normal. Which leads us to the final step.

How to Manifest: Step 9

Step nine, normalize and expand.

When the manifestation becomes familiar, you stabilize it, you integrate it into your identity, and from that stability, you can expand again without the fear. What once felt unrealistic, becomes obvious, normal and just expected in your life.

This is where continued somatic work and identity integration continues. So you can inform your mind and body that this is who you are. the type of person who speaks their desires into existence. I remember a season of life when I was manifesting things left and right. I recall my mom and sister kept making comments like, "why do you always get so lucky? That never happens to us."

I recall feeling shameful and guilty that I was experiencing so many amazing things, and they weren't. I remember even feeling sad, like I was somehow the cause for them feeling unlucky. So I stopped sharing my manifestations and for some time I, you know, quote, "stopped manifesting miracles" at all because I didn't want my mom and sister to outcast me.

And of course I know that was all subconscious.

Fast forward to now, I have a much more clear understanding that we all have the same ability to manifest, but it stems from our beliefs.

And if you're not willing to work on your beliefs. Then don't be surprised that you're not seeing your life unfold the way that you would like

learn to normalize the experience of being a repetitive manifester. That's how the cycle continues. That's how you can continue to create those miraculous results. Over and over. You evolve into someone who experiences manifestation as a lifestyle.

Manifestion = being an active participant in how your life unfolds

Manifestation has nothing to do with forcing outcomes or hoping for luck. Manifestation is decision, embodiment, nervous system safety, and aligned action. It's being an active participant in how your life unfolds. It's also the realization that the world and all of the experiences within it are available to you and to everyone.

It's like a cosmic Costco where you simply look at what's available and take whatever you desire. There's more than enough stock for everyone.

You simply have to decide what you want from all of the amazing experiences the world has to offer you.

When you follow these nine steps, You become intentional about what you want. You become the version of you who moves forward with confidence and willingness to do the work, and you become the author of your incredible life.

I would love to know what resonated most with you in this episode.

Leave your big ahas in the comments. I can't wait to read them and thank you so much for being here.
