Subconscious detox protocol: clearing the runway so that your next-level manifestation can land

Week 1

Before we can call in our next-level of success…we need to make space for it. Let’s dial up your self-awareness so you can clear the mental and emotional energy weighing you down.

Social Audit:

Unfollow, mute, or unsubscribe from any accounts or groups that keep you looping in comparison, self-doubt, or judgement. Yes, even friends and family.

Energy Audit:

Limit your exposure to news, gossip, or people who reinforce fear, scarcity, or pessimistic thinking. No more true crime series for a little while.

Track the shift:

Start a “Wins & Manifestations” log. Capture breakthroughs, magic, synchronicities and positive outcomes happening in your day-to-day so your subconscious can start to see proof of possibility.

Week 2

Your environment is either expanding you…or draining you. Let’s reset your energetic field to support your expansion.

Declutter time:

Clear anything in your space that feels like the “old you.” Clothes, accessories, trinkets, makeup, furniture, photos, etc. Donate, trash or place it in storage.

Moments of stillness:

Dedicate a space for stillness and make room for 10-15 minutes of peace in your day. Meditation, visualization, hypnosis, a quiet moment to enjoy your coffee...what does your next-level self need?

PLUG THE Energy leaks:

What (or who) is draining you? Set one bold boundary this week that protects your peace.

Week 3

Your identity is not just who you are. It’s how you be daily. Let’s shift how you move through the world with intention.

Embody your next-level self:

Dress like her. Walk like her. Change your fragrance or how you do your makeup. Schedule a haircut if that feels right. The goal is to tap into how your next-level self feels in your body.

Morning Ritual:

Start your day like your future self already arrived. Breathwork. Gratitude. Movement. Journaling. Next-level vibes only.

Evening Ritual:

End your day by rewiring. Try hypnosis, scripting, or journaling your future reality as if it’s now. What skills do you need to acquire? What courses would support your evolution? Who in your network can you connect with for support?

Speak, think, act as if:

If your dream life was already here how would you show up today?

Week 4

What you consume and who you surround yourself with become your anchor toward what you perceive to be possible or impossible. Let’s intentionally curate your atmosphere so that you’re consistently fueled with the endless ways your vision can manifest.

Soundtrack for your success:

Create a playlist that puts you in your “I am HER” frequency.

Intentional media consumption:

Follow mentors, podcasts, YouTube channels and acquire books that stretch your perception of what’s possible for you.

Vision board upgrade:

Pinterest or print it, fill it with pictures that cause sensations in your body of how it would feel to have those things now, not just pretty pictures.

Identify your expanders:

Who already lives the life you want? Study their mindset, language, energy, and habits. Learn it. Model it. Expand your capacity.

Week 5

Sometimes the best upgrade…is logging off. Let’s regulate the noise so you can hear your intuition again.

Take a scroll break:

Give your brain and nervous system some space. Try a no social media before noon rule and/or no social media on weekends break.

Breathwork:

Start your day with 5-10 minutes of conscious breathing- find a guided session on YouTube. Regulate before you dive into any work.

Personal Wellness menu:

Pick one practice to elevate your overall mood this week:

  • Cold shower for 1-2 minutes for a boost of dopamine, serotonin and endorphins.

  • Sauna for 20 minutes for releasing toxins and stress, and a boost of endorphins and norepinephrine

  • Grounding walk or use a grounding mat

  • EFT tapping
